30 out of 166 Garda Superintendents investigation
They're under investigation by the Garda Ombudsman.
The Association of Garda Superintendents revealed that its members are also having to do up to 90 percent of GSOC’s investigations – which it says compromises their independence.
The AGS is holding its annual conference in Co Kildare today, where members say their capacity is stretched.
President Noel Cunningham was asked was it of concern that so many members are under investigation.
