A special rally is being held in the city in memory of campaigner Emma Mhic Mhathúna who lost her battle with cervical cancer last weekend.
The 37-year-old mother of five was one of 221 women whose smear tests were misread.
The Womens Lives Matter rally will take place in Bishop Lucey Park at 3pm today and people are being asked to wear red.
The group have also hit out that the Budget didn't address health screening.
Speaking to RedFM News Nikola Barrett of Womens Lives Matter says those whose smear tests were misread, their families continue to be affected, and the Health Minister needs to do more:
