An Post Says Storm Emma Has Negatively Impact Their Services, Particularly In The South West Of The Country
The company was able to open 28 local post offices this morning and as power us being restored other offices are reopening
An Post say last nights severe weather conditions have had some impact on mails and post offices services, particularly in the South West of the country.
In a statement issued to RedFM News the company says it was able to offset the worst effects of deteriorating conditions and were able to minimise the disruption to its mails and parcels collections and deliveries however power and road disruptions were severe and are negatively hitting their services
The company was able to open 28 local post offices this morning and as power us being restored other offices are reopening and they are working to complete all services as quickly as they can
An Post say they will be working through the night tonight to ensure service resumption as quickly as possible.
