Anti Eviction Group Plans More Protests In the Run Up To Christmas
An Anti Eviction Group says they are planning more protests in the run up to Christmas.
It comes as up to 50 people protested outside the doors of the Cork Branch of KBC Bank on Lapps Quay this afternoon.
The group say they will continue to hold peaceful protests across the country ahead of the festive season, against what they say, is the heavy handed methods employed by banks to remove families from their homes in the run up to Christmas.
Speaking to RedFM News a Representative from the Anti Eviction Group says families across the city and county are living in fear.
