At least 19 dead as terror attack hits Manchester
UK Police have confirmed that 19 people have been killed and 50 injured in a 'terrorist incident' at Manchester Arena.
It happened outside the venue in a public space, as people were leaving an Ariana Grande concert shortly after half-past-ten last night.

Witnesses have reported at least one loud bang and scenes of chaos as people tried to get out.
