Construction Industry Federation Slams Delays In Key Cork Projects Under Ireland 2040

Eighteen months ago the Government's €116 billion Project Ireland 2040 was revealed which was described as a huge vote of confidence in the potential and future of Ireland's second city
Ireland 2040 linked planning and future investment for the first time but since then has been beset by delays and judicial reviews such as the stalled Events Centre, delayed Dunkettle Interchange and M28 Cork to Ringaskiddy motorway
CIF Regional Director Conor O'Connell told RedFM News that all these delays are giving rise to concern about the implementation plan surrounding Ireland 2040
