Consumers Warned To Beware Of Online Fraudsters On Black Friday And Cyber Monday
Consumers are being warned to beware of online fraudsters, in the run up to "Black Friday" and "Cyber Monday".
Gardaí and retailers are launching an awareness campaign later with tips for "Safe Online Shopping".
One issue for consumers is the boom in fake sites, posing as online outlets for well known brands.
Dermot Jewell from the Consumers Association of Ireland says always make sure you're buying from a legitimate site:
