Cork celebrates Rob's success
Cork is celebrating the success of Ireland's new world athletics champion.... Rob Heffernan from Togher took gold in the men's 50 kilometre walk at the World Athletics Championships in Moscow earleir.. He's only the third person to win a world title in Irish athletics history. Aidan Hartnett is the secretary of Togher AC, Heffernan's athletics club. He told Cork's RedFM that he's hopeful that Heffernan's success will see more people take up athletics.
