Cork man breaks his silence on his battle with an eating disorder

200,000 people in Ireland are affected by eating disorders and according to new figures a quarter of those are men.
However Cork's Eating Disorder Centre which is currently treating three men for the illness believes that figure could be much higher.
Cork man Alan spoke out for the first time to RedFM News about his 12-year battle with an eating disorder and says he feels he has wasted the last decade and missed out on so much becasue he has been consumed by what he described as "a disordered thinking. "
