Cork Students Advised To Know Tenant Rights Ahead Of Academic Year

Students in Cork are being advised to know their rights as tenants and budget properly ahead of the new academic year.

The Union of Students in Ireland have issued a guide containing information which will help students to manage the costs associated with rented accommodation.

They've undertaken research which has found over half of students are paying between 256 and 500 euro a month on rent- but over a third have no income to support themselves.
