Cork TD Fears The Door Has Been Left Open For The Return Of Water Charges
The CEO of the parent company, Eriva, appeared before the Oireachtas Housing Committee earlier.
Plans for Irish Water to end local service agreements with local authorities, and become a single utility, were detailed.
