Day set for hearing to decide if Ian Bailey should face trial in France
French authorities want him to face trial in France for the alleged murder of Sophie Touscan du Plantier
Legal representative for Mr Bailey and the Minister for Justice, were told to have their arguments ready for the High Court by the end of May.
