Seven young people have progressed from the charity's Youth Education Programme and will start a third level course at UCC and CIT this September
"Education is an antidote to poverty"
That's according to the manager of the Cork office of homeless charity Focus Ireland who released their annual report this week.
The organisation provides 180 homes for men and women across the region and supported 191 people with advice and information services in Cork in 2017
Seven young people have also progressed from the charity's Youth Education Programme and will start a third level course at UCC and CIT this September.
