Family Living In Direct Provision Say They Want To Show Their Gratitude To The People Of Cork
The Singh family will be handing out free face masks on Patrick Street at 1pm tomorrow after sewing them for the past month.
The family from India have been living at the Kinsale Road Accommodation Centre since 2017 and face deportation after their second appeal was refused.
Parents Raminder and Kaur, their daughter Sandeep and teenage sons Gursewak and Gurcharan say they fear being returned to India because of political corruption, religious conflict and crime.
