First ever Big Rebel Sleep Out is taking place in Cork tonight
Up to 40 volunteers are sleeping outside at Cork City FC's training ground in Bishopstown from 8pm to raise money for Focus Ireland's Cork branch.
The charity provides a range of services for the people of Cork from working with those who are homeless or at risk of losing their homes as well supporting young people through their Youth Housing Service.
Erika Ní Thuama is the FAI's Football Enterprise Coordinator at Cork City FC.
She told RedFM news how she got involved in the Big Rebel Sleep Out.
Anyone who is interested in taking part can register on the Focus Ireland Website or email dick.white@focusireland.ie.
