Focus Ireland Launches Fundraising Initiative To Prevent Family Homelessness
A homeless charity has launched a new fundraising initiative in a bid raise much needed funds to prevent family homelessness.
Focus Ireland are asking people to hold a special event with family and friends as part of their Great Get Together campaign to help raise funds to support the charity's work.
Recent figures show that almost 9,000 people across the country are homeless, with the vast majority staying in emergency accommodation or alternatively sleeping rough.
