Further investigation required at Cork Magdalene site following archaeological findings
A team of archaeologists have been examining the former Good Shepherd site at Sunday's Well over the last few months
It comes following a planning application for the development of 234 apartments incorporated ath the existing orphanage, convent and Magdalene buidlings.
According to a report in the Irish Examiner a number of features uncovered during the intial investigation require a second more intestive series of tests at the site.
