Further investment must be made into Cork and Limerick.
That's according to the architect of the upcoming national planning framework.
He says the €850 million M20 will undermine it's initial plan to expand the regions.
He made the comments in the Sunday Times where he says investment needs to go into the regions and not between them.
The NPF which is designed to promote growth in Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford is to be launched next week by the Government along with a €115 billion national development plan for the next 10 years.
