GAA move to defend Cork players

Cork GAA has moved to defend players after they were subjected to on-line abuse after Sunday's Munster final defeat to Kerry.. Many fans took to Twitter after the match and hit out at the players which led to the County Board's PRO Tracey Kennedy stepping in and describing the criticism as "unacceptable" She has expressed serious concern about the negative comments zoned in on individual players and says people should remember the team are made up of young amatuer players who volunteer for the county..
