George Nkencho Was Shot 6 Times By Armed Gardaí, Not 5 As Previously Thought
That's according to post-mortem results
The results shared with his family found the cause of death to be two gunshot wounds to vital organs.
According to the Sunday Times, five shots hit his torso, while the sixth passed through his arm.
The 27-year-old, who had no previous convictions, was shot by officers responding to reports of an alleged assault and a man with a knife in Hartstown, Dublin, last month.
GSOC has confirmed a criminal investigation is underway into the death.
