In a notice posted on their door and on social media the Pembrook St travel agents confirmed it had ceased trading on October 3rd.
Customers who have current bookings are advised to contact the relevant airline, ferry company, or travel provider to establish the status of their booking and make alternative arrangements if necessary.
The notice says that customers who purchased an overseas travel package may be eligible for a refund.
