House Prices In Cork Are On The Move
The Sunday Times National Property guide predicts NATIONAL property values will rise 7.6% in 2019
This is twice the rate expected for Dublin properties.
The guide also says Cork City continues to see steady price growth, with a number of A-rated newly built homes developed.
While prices in Co. Cork have also increased as buyers priced out of the city centre,choosing to commute.
Despite that, Sunday Times Property Editor Linda Daly says uncertainty surrounding Brexit continues to dog the market:
