House Prices In Cork County Rise By 10.7% Since This Time Last Year
Recent Real Estate Alliance data shows a slowdown in the annual rate of house price inflation
According to the latest survey by Real Estate alliance, The average price of a three bed semi in Cork County rose by 4.7 percent since June.
The cost of a home across Ireland rose by 5.8% over the past 12 months - a drop on the 8% recorded to June.
Real Estate Alliance spokesperson Barry McDonald says the situation in the capital is spreading across many other Irish cities:
