House prices set to rise in city

House prices in the city are set to rise. It comes as auctioneers are reporting a huge demand for property - with fears that demand will outstrip supply in the coming months. A report from Sherry Fitzgerald has found that prices in the city have jumped by 5.5% in the first three months of the year.
