Internal auditors in the Gardai have raised concern about senior management
They say senior management have been keeping them in the dark over two major scandals
The audit committee says it was never told about the breath test controversy or the issue of traffic fines being wrongly imposed.
The committee only became aware of the issues in March when they were made public.
