Leaving Cert students should celebrate their achievements - but moderation is key
That's according to the Head of Student Affairs at CIT who offered his congratulations to the 6,500 students who received their results today
He said students, whatever their results, should celebrate with friends and family but that today is just another day and students should not loose sight of this.
The Cork Institute of Technology say they are looking forward to welcoming new students on campus once the first round of offers is offered on Monday.
Speaking to RedFM News CIT's Dr Dan Collins says today marks the start of new opportunities for many.
