Members of Mandate Trade Union in Lloyds Pharmacy To Attend Labour Court Tomorrow
The union is demanding a fair pay rise and better working conditions
The union claims that many of the workers are employed on the minimum wage and they are seeking pay rises, the introduction of incremental pay scales across grades along with better annual leave entitlements.
LloydsPharmacy, which is owned by McKesson Pharmaceutical Corporation, is the largest pharmacy chain in Ireland and has 7 outlets in Cork
Speaking to RedFM News Gerry Light from Mandate says the union is also seeking a sick pay scheme
