No trace of synthetic drug U4 in Cork over past few weeks
Gardaí say a drug which has been linked to the death of a teenager in Cork city has not come to their attention in recent weeks.
It was feared that the synthetic drug known as U4 - which is believed to be more potent in heroin - was in circulation Leeside.
Gardaí have however appealed to anyone with any information on these types of drugs to come forward.
Speaking to RedFM News Detective Inspector Declan O'Sullivan of Angelsea St garda station says they're doing everything they can to address the problem of designer drugs:
