Non essential retail opens from today

Shops across Cork city and county are gearing up to welcome back customers today.
Last week Pennys ran appointments with 275,000 people making an advance booking with the store.
As restrictions ease people are reminded to continue to practice social distancing and hand hygiene and to be patient.
Duncan Graham from Retail Excellence says they're expecting a very busy few days.
"We've been closed now for the best part of five months, obviously we had major disruption last year as well, and absolutely everybody is eager to get going at this point.
"We had a good start last week with click and collect and appointment only shopping opened up for the first time, so that's taken a little bit of the heat the start of this week.
"But I'm sure it's going to be the start of a really busy week, and retailers are really looking forward to having customers back in again."
