Over 1,900 Vehicles Have Been Clamped Over The Past Three Years At Kent Train Station In Cork
It amounts to almost €235,000 in revenue for the privately operated parking enforcement firms which have been managing parking in the station.
The information which was released under a Freedom of Information Request shows that between January and the beginning of November last year 780 vehicles were clamped at the train station.
Speaking to RedFM News Labour's Peter Horgan says while illegal parking needs to be tackled clamping isn't the right way to go about it:
