Over 200 Homes On Great Island Near Cobh Have Been Without Safe Drinking Water
Locals say they have been left in the dark
Over 200 homes on Great Island near Cobh have been without safe drinking water for nearly a week.
Locals say they have been left in the dark about how long they will have to access water from two tankers which have been in place since last Thursday.
Irish Water say the "Do Not Use" notice was issued due to an excess of iron in the water supply and vulnerable customers who require special assistance in accessing the water tankers can contact them directly on 1850 278 278 for assistance
