Pancakes On The Menu Today
The majority of the population will be feasting on pancakes today. A new survey by eggs.ie found that 96 percent of respondents will be eating the egg based treat. For many - the flour and egg recipe will be served as a dessert but for a quarter of the survey participants pancakes will be the main meal at dinner time. Lemon, butter and sugar is the most popular filling with chocolate, syrup, honey and fruit also cited as a pancake favourite.
