Planned Discharge Of Patients Ahead Of Pope's Visit Slammed
Over half a million people will be attending the Phoenix Park mass in 10 days
The HSE's plan to discharge patients ahead of the Pope's visit is being described as an "unrealistic" idea that hasn't been thought out.
It's been confirmed the main Dublin hospitals are trying to make space available for any extra admissions.
Phil Ni Hay from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says not enough time's been set aside to allow patients to be discharged:
