Planned operation underway at a halting site just outside Little Island
Gardaí have confirmed to RedFM News that a planned operation is being carried out at a halting site just outside Little Island.
It's part of a planned interagency operation involving gardaí, customs and revenue.
Up to 100 authorities have been on site since early morning however no further detail is available at this point.
It follows a similar operation at St. Anthony's Park in Holyhill, Knocknaheeney in September where 16 properties were searched and three men were arrested.
