Review underway into closure of West Cork Garda stations
Minister of State Jim Daly says he hopes to receive an update on his request to review the closure of a number of West Cork Garda stations in the coming weeks
A full detailed review of the closure of Adrigole, Ballinspittle and Ballydehob Garda stations was requested by the Fine Gael TD following a meeting with the Minister for Justice last week.
The Garda Representative Association has welcomed the development and say increased pressure has been felt by everyone in the area since the closure of Garda stations in West Cork.
Speaking to RedFM News Minister of State Jim Daly says a review is underway.
