Talks continue at County Hall over boundary extension deal

Talks are ongoing at County Hall this evening where councillors are debating the city boundary extension.

It's after both local authorites were briefed on the details about the new boundary line which is set to increase the city's population by around 120,000

In the past half an hour County Mayor Declan Hurley confirmed to RedFM News that no decision has been made in County Hall on how to proceed with the new deal and talks are expected to continue well into this evening.
