Tánaiste Says People Will Still Have The Same Rights Even If Their Mortgage Is Sold To A Vulture Fund
State backed bank Permanent TSB has decided to sell off 20,000 struggling mortgages.
Simon Coveney says it's now up to the Central Bank to make sure the contractual rights of those mortgage holders are upheld.
He says peoples rights are very clear:
