Simon Coveney will join European Foreign Affairs Ministers in Luxembourg later to discuss the ongoing conflict in Syria
The UK, US and France carried out a series of airstrikes over the weekend targeting chemical weapons facilities in the war torn country.
Minister Coveney wants more details - but believes their action was justified.
