The Irish Cancer Society Is Seeking Volunteers For Cork Daffodil Centres
The centres, located at Cork University Hospital and the Bon Secours are an important source of information and support for anyone affected or concerned about cancer.
The Irish Cancer Society says these centres rely on the vital support of volunteers to make visitors to the centre feel welcome, among other responsibilities.
Centres are generally open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and volunteers are asked to commit four hours a week.
