The Regeneration Of Knocknaheeny Will Have A Huge Social And Economic Impact 

That's according to a project engineer working on the City Northwest Quarter Regeneration Masterplan for the area.

Plans to build 100 homes are being presented to the public today at the Knocknaheeny Community Building on Foyle Avenue.

The latest phase is part of a larger plan to build 650 homes in the area.

The homes will be a mix of houses and apartments, with a sizable amount of the builds to be allocated for social housing. 

Aidan Sullivan is a project engineer on the Knocknaheeny regeneration program.
