Plans to build a 200-bed student apartment development at Victoria Cross in the City have been submitted to An Bord Pleanála. 

The Irish Examiner reports the €31 million project at the current Kellehers Auto Centre will contain 40 apartments and be made of three blocks ranging from 5 to 10 storeys.
