The controversial car ban was introduced in recent months and prohibits private vehicles from accessing the city's main street between the hours of three o'clock and 6.30pm.

Speaking to RedFM News Chairperson of the English Market traders committee John Boyling says there are concerns that the ban will impact Christmas trade and more positivity is needed:
