Tusla Considers Criminal Prosecution Against Dublin Creche Hyde And Seek
The action is being considered on foot of last night's RTÉ Investigates programme.
The agency has contacted Gardaí to raise child protection concerns following the documentary, which highlighted the standard of care and treatment of children at the Hyde and Seek creches in Dublin.
Tusla says it will "vigorously" apply the powers it has, including potentially removing the company from its Early Years register.
Its Director of Quality Assurance, Brian Lee says the agency has several options:
