Two men remain in custody following raid on a house in Ballinlough
Gardai are questioning two men, in their 30's and 40's following a raid on a house on the southside of the city yesterday.
Members of the drug squad raided the house on the Ballinlough Road and seized cannabis herb with a street value of €110,000.
The men, who are both local and known to Gardai are in custody at the Bridewell Garda Station where they can be held for up to 7 days.
The seizure and subsequent arrest follows an ongoing intelligence led Garda surveillance operation.
