West Cork search resumes for missing tourist
A search in West Cork for a tourist missing since the weekend is being hampered by weather conditions... Two men - a Dutchman and a German - haven't been seen since they went for a walk in bad weather on Sheep's Head peninsula on Saturday. A body was recovered in a cove yesterday afternoon which is believed to be one of the missing men, although it hasn't been identified. A post-mortem is due to take place this afternoon. The Divisional Controller at Valentia Coastguard, John Draper says the Gardai, Navy and a local lifeboat - will join the search this morning - but weather conditions are poor: Press PLAY button above to listen to the audio
