Woman walking map of Ireland for RNLI en route to final destination
65 year old Mary Nolan Hickey has spent the last three months running around Ireland and raising €40,000 for the RNLI.
Mary left home on New Year's Day to run around the entire coast of the island of Ireland.
She arrived in Cork on Patrick's Day and raised almost €5,000 during her visit before leaving from Youghal on April 2nd.
This afternoon she runs home to Arklow's main street at around 2pm.
Setting out this morning, Mary had just learned that a donation in memory of Rescue 116 pilot Dara Fitzpatrick had helped her to double her original fundraising target.
