The European Commission Has Announced Plans To Create A 'Vaccine Passport'
It will facilitate safe and free movement inside the EU during the pandemic
The Digital Green Certificate will show the person has been vaccinated against Covid-19, received a negative test result or recovered from the virus.
It will be available free of charge.
