Women Aged 25 And 44 Account For The Highest Number Of Confirmed Cases Of Covid-19 In Ireland

That's according to the Central Statistics Office information bulletin into Covid-19

 

Dublin continues to be the county worst hit by COVID-19 with 51% of total confirmed cases there 

There were 509 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the week ending the 7th of August, an increase of 224 cases from the previous week and over half of confirmed case are now linked to an outbreak 

Kildare, Laois and Offaly made up two-thirds of all new cases for the week ended August 7th and the median age of new confirmed cases was 34 years old
