TEAM NEWS: Cork Football Team Named For League Opener Against Galway
The Cork Senior Footballers travel to Galway for their opening game of their 2017 National Football League Division Two campaign on Sunday.
Peadar Healy has named his team, with nine players who featured in last seasons Championship qualifier defeat to Donegal included.
Niall Coakley makes his League debut at corner forward, while Aidan Walsh is named in midfield alongside Ian Maguire after coming off the bench in last years championship exit after joining the panel following his Hurling Championship exit.
This selection shows six changes to the team that started the defeat to Kerry in the McGrath Cup three weeks ago.
