The children at Educate Together were working hard for the past 3 years in the build up to claim this prestigious award. There were several important guests visiting the school forest to celebrate with its students, including the Lord Mayor and the head of UNICEF. Tasks carried out included picking up litter in the Douglas area and taking care of the local environment, creating a board game on children’s rights and supporting children who are refugees. Red FM was also on site to pay tribute to their achievements.
